Lumbar stabilization exercise having been done in exercise group was done to be worked out for 60 minutes a day, 3 times per week for 24 weeks. Data were analyzed by Two-Way ANOVA with repeated measure using SPSS.

Also, there were statistically significant differences(p<.05) in flexibility and agility and dynamic balance of both groups. Activities of daily living profiles were significantly increased in ADL(p<.01) and IADL(p<.05) after the lumbar stabilization exercise program. Also, there was statistically significant difference(p<.05) in ADL.
